The CanaPlus eWFM Adaptor SuiteTM provide a software-based function to transfer Genesys call ceentre data to the Aspect eWFM system. The data can be used by the eWFM system to show real time status and productivity of agents and agent groups.
The RTAAdaptor program sends Agent status in real time to Aspect’s Real Time Adherence server.
The FSTAdaptor program sens agent group productivity data to Aspect’s FST server at preset intervals.
The APAdaptor program sends agent productivity data to Aspect at preset intervals.
